Dr. Tao Shaofeng, Deputy Chief Physician

Tao Shaofeng — deputy chief physician, over 20 years in practice. He studied difficult-disease diagnosis and treatment under the noted TCM scholar and national-level senior TCM practitioner Professor Zhou Zhongying of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, earning a doctorate; he completed post-doctoral research at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. He has published nearly 30 papers and three monographs.

Dr. Tao has long worked clinically and in research on TCM internal-medicine and gynecological difficult conditions. He is skilled in using traditional TCM theory for hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension, atherosclerosis, post-stroke sequelae, diabetes, rheumatic disease, tumors, hepatobiliary stones, reflux esophagitis, cirrhosis, ulcerative colitis, menopausal syndrome, and miscellaneous gynecological conditions.
